Man, that's impressive.
He or she better hope that the elevators are not out of service for any period of time. Otherwise it would be a two hour walk down 120 floors a minute per floor or 120 minutes and more like four hours back up lets say 120 floors x 2 minutes per floor or 240 minutes. If you were a fitness fanatic the stairs would keep you in shape.

Going up and down that many stairs every day would either keep you in peak condition or kill you.

I think "assembly" is a nice word to describe a prefabricated building.

The mass of this building is astounding. According to these graphics from the New York times, It swallows the Empire State Building whole

There are 93 elevators and I would assume they run on multiple power sources so it's almost impossible for all of them to be out of order at the same time.

It's hard to believe the Empire State Building has the same 410 ft (124.8 M) width at it's base as Sky City.

In the event of a major earthquake or a terrorist act etc, How long would it take to evacuate anybody from that building assuming all the elevators are operational? The almost impossible scenarios tend to be the most perplexing when they occur. I mean why build stairs if nobody is ever going to use them.

True but at least for most of the levels, the large streets could serve as a mass egress point to some extent. Maybe not for those above the 100th floor or something a little less reasonable to walk down, but it's there, along with the stairs should the elevators ever get out of order.

This building does look a little like the Empire State Building, although COMPLETELY modernized. The building looks a little cheesy. Maybe I would like it a bit more if the whole thing had less width. It looks like one of those fat lunch ladies in the TV shows, only bigger.
