No, they should not transform Madrid into a postmodern skyscraper monster. I think 4 such towers are enough. Since the city is very historic. 4 towers is enough to form an interesting contrast within the city...

I don't think the very center of Madrid has anything to fear.

An important urban operation it's pending approval. It's gonna be place just in the zone that appears in the top of this pic. This operation includes 10 or 12 skyscrapers between 100 and 300 meters.

I think Torre Mutua will be the best one.

Sorry I can't provide any pictorial updates at the moment, but I was here two weeks ago on holiday and the site is amazing, especially seeing all the cranes, and imagining the sky being filled up by these beautiful giants.

The location of the towers is great, in my opinion, along a road with many modern(ish) high-rises, and an area that seems to be suffering a bit of decay compared to the rest of the city. The Chamartin Project will also be a huge boost to the area. It is also quite well served by metro (Placa Castello, Chamartin and another), although is located between these three, with a bit of walking in between.

The towers renders look fantastic, and am really looking forward to seeing their progress. Finally any visit to Madrid is incomplete without a visit to this site!
