ЦСКА и "Система-Галс" объявили о начале реализации совместного инвестиционного проекта

2 апреля в 2004 году в здании легкоатлетического футбольного комплекса ЦСКА на Ленинградском пр-те, 39 состоялась презентация инвестиционного проекта ЦСКА - "Система-Галс".

В рамках данного инвестиционного контракта, подписанного в 2003 г., "Система-Галс" ведет строительство штаб-квартиры компании "Сименс" на территории, находящейся в ведении ЦСКА. Также "Система-Галс" обязуется построить новые современные здания для ЦСКА: одно - для проживания военнослужащих, в котором разместятся: казарма, столовая, подземный паркинг; другое - универсальный спортивный комплекс для игровых видов спорта, который будет отвечать международным стандартам. В здании предусмотрены: залы для волейбола, гандбола, борьбы, тренажерного комплекса, а также зрительные трибуны, рассчитанные на 1000 мест. Компания "Система-Галс" представила эскизы будущих объектов. На данный момент ведется разработка исходно-разрешительной документации.

По условиям контракта "Система-Галс" также предоставляет квартиры для военнослужащих и спортсменов ЦСКА. На презентации вручены первые 10 сертификатов на получение квартир в Москве. Сертификаты счастливым обладателям квартир в новостройках, среди которых были выдающиеся спортсмены и военнослужащие, участники боевых действий, вручила Начальник ЦСКА Смородская Ольга Юрьевна.

"Это очень важный проект для обеих сторон. Мы надеемся, что в результате реализации этого проекта появятся новые победы, которыми славятся спортсмены ЦСКА", - сказала Начальник ЦСКА Ольга Юрьевна Смородская. - "Благодаря нашему сотрудничеству с компанией "Система-Галс", военнослужащие, которые годами стоят в очереди на получение жилья, смогут в ближайшее время въехать в новые квартиры".

Moscow, September 26th, 2003 – Top officials representing Siemens AG and Sistema JSFC laid the cornerstone for a new Siemens office building which will become Siemens’ headquarters in Russia.

The 23-story office tower, to occupy a one-hectare site at No. 39 Leningradsky Prospekt and encompass a total area of 40,000 sq. meters, is to be dedicated to Siemens’ 150 years of activity in Russia, an anniversary being observed this year. Completion of construction is expected in late 2005.

Designed by well-known German architectural bureau Muller, Siemens Moscow House will be developed by Siemens Real Estate, the real estate arm of Siemens, in cooperation with Sistema-Hals CJSC, a property development company, which is part of Sistema group. General contractor for the project will be selected after completion of project documentation in early 2004.

The cornerstone–laying ceremony was attended by Dr. H. von Pierer, President and CEO of Simens AG, and Mrs. Agnesa Frantik, President of Siemens Russia. Attending on behalf of Sistema were V. Evtushenkov, Chairman of the Board, E. Novitsky, President, and S. Shamanov, General Director of Sistema-Hals. The 1-st Vice Premier of the Moscow Government Mr O. Tolkachev, around 100 guests, representing Russian and German political and business circles attended the official ceremony.

"Here, in Russia, we face the future with confidence and great expectations. In the best way possible this confidence become apparent today, when we are laying our new office building at one of the main Moscow highway", - said Dr. H. von Pierer, opening the official ceremony. "It is deeply symbolic that we begin construction of the new building this particular year," Mrs. Frantik said. "We confidently connect our future with the future of great Russia. The Siemens Moscow House will become a symbol of our joint future."

Siemens Headquarters Russia corporate offices complex is to be built in Moscow in 2006.

The land on which the new ‘Siemens Headquarters Russia’ covers around 10,000 square meters and is right on the Leningradsky Prospekt, one of the main arteries between the city center and Sheremetyevo international airport. A building complex will be constructed on the site with a gross space of around 50,000 square meters. The building is dominated by a striking high-rise office block measuring around 100 meters (24 stories). A canteen, conference and training areas as well as a spacious atrium are located in a U-shaped building at the base of the office block. The planned transparent style contrasts starkly with the solid façade-style design that is the hallmark of Moscow architecture.

Overall the new building will provide space for around 1600 workplaces. With rental areas of up to 500 m² and flexible office partitioning, the concept is designed in such a way that space can be adapted to the requirements of internal and external tenants. In fall 2003 the foundation stone for the new building was laid as part of the 150th anniversary of Siemens in Russia. The actual building work will begin before the end of 2004 while completion is slated for 2006.

The Siemens’ partner involved in implementing the project is the real estate company that is part of the Russian conglomerate AFK SISTEMA.

hmmm, according to first renderings it will be 24 storeys building, but looking for second pictures i counted 34 storeys... as I knew before there must be 23 storeys... where is true?

I will not be surprised if they added 10 floors...

and so what? i don't like idea of only vanguard buildings... i think 75% must be typical office buildings, sometimes boxies, sometimes not, and other 25% must be something unique...
