Even if the ground work is started, are all (necessary) political decisions already taken?
And it is interesting to see that the budget is higher than for Swedbank Arena in Solna (2.1MdSEK vs 2.7MdSEK).

No, it isn't. I don't see the twin tower in front off the globe, but that white ball seens to similar to Globe.

Check again, the twin towers are clearly there, it is the Globe.

2.1 MdSEK means 2.1 billion SEK, which is around 200 million euro or around 300 million american dollars.

Yep, I didn't saw the towers on pic yesterday. I thought new stadium would be realized on Soderstadion area, north than globe, instead the new stadium will be realized at south than globe. This was my mystake.

So, looking the pics will be completely demolished Soderstadion to realize that white square building.

And 2100MSEK is even 225M euro to be correct. And that's for Swedbank Arena. This one is budgeted at 2700MSEK, which is 290MEUR....
