Seems the site preparation finally started. The plot is no longer used as a parking lot and they started drilling over there.

No, it will be similar like that proposal:


Differences are that the upper sky lobby is faced towards west and the lower one towards east.
The footprint of the whole site will be around 100x50m, with five basement floors and three floors above ground for retail. Another difference is also the rooftop. It will have a helipad and the raised part is also faced to the east. I also believe that this 3-4 storey high glass panel on the roof top won't be that massive and high. So far, the local design institute was taking over the project so there still might be some (minor) changes in the design.
