Going back to the topic, this is kinda weird, the adjoining office tower is already on it's way up while the residential is just being dug-up.

GA Towers nga,
30 floors lang but
they're over 170 meters.

Hi guys! this is my 1st post here, i saw this website ksi im looking for the website of GA Skysuite, i have a unit there na hinuhulugan, naloko ksi kmi s unang condo sa my timog,

STAY AWAY sa TORRE DE VENEZIA

. Ayun kaya nalipat ako dito sa GA. Derek Lee and vice pres Noli ang owners nito.

My forum na b dto about s BERKELEY RESIDENCES sa Katipunan, tapat mismo ng Mirriam College, SM Devt naman owner non.

ummm, what happened sa Torre Venezia? akala ok na yun? nadadaanan ko yun nakatayo na naman sya at may mga nakatira na? i thought the issue was resolved.

I dont think sir na naresolve ung problem, ksi dis march babakuran na "daw" ng young builders yon, sinangla ksi ni Guinhawa title ng torre para sa balance sa lansberg place, natalo n s supreme cort yon, den s court of appeals tapos na din. Sorry OT!

Ronnie R tnx, kta ko na, i think i need a interior designer s Berkeley, very plain ang interior, even the tiles r so cheap looking. I saw it s megamall B 5th flr showroom nila, bare n demo unit nila.

Anakngpasig, OT but where did u get the info on the height of GA Twins are around 170m?

So we can safely assume this to be at least 200m...sana we can solve this question soon.

that's just my guesstimate.
but let me explain.

each floor of GA Towers
is actually bi-level. i work
just a few buildings away
from this project and i've
witnessed its construction.

what i have noticed was that
they build first a very tall floor,
much taller than any office floor
i have seen so far, and then,
they divided each floor into
two low-ceiling floors.
technically, the whole building has
60 floors.

even if each bi-level floor is only 5 meters
which i think is close to the real height,
we get 150 meters add to that the tall crown
it can be anywhere from 160-170 meters.
