Yes its U/C and its on Asian side of Istanbul. Also there are two more towers like this one and one of them already reached 9th floor.

It's the same design.

The first one with the round lounge is the main entrance towards the highway. The other sexy entrance with the wavy top is on the left side of the main entrance. The only thing that might have changes is the car park situation and the car park entrance.
