Cheers Reiss,

This is really starting to make an impact now from the Lancaster Circus fly over, would be a great gateway to the city with this, Bagot St 2, Lancaster Gateway tower and Fire Station Tower

Pity about the reduced height for the fire station, can't get over that at all!

Tried getting a shot of this from the flyover today as I was a passenger but my phones decided to cut the bottom half of the picture out so judging how to take it is a bit awkward as i miss the bottom half off

When you drive out of the tunnel beneath Lancaster Circus, you already really notice the difference in the lack of light and the size and imposing of this building. Not a bad thing though at all IMO, it's a good addition to the city whilst at the same time enveloping the uni campus nicely.

Indeed, it really does feel imposing, you wouldn't have thought so as its not exactly right on top of the flyover and still a few more floors to go up yet, Fire Station tower would have looked amazing coming out the queensway at the original height! The latest proposal should still make a big impact though.
