June 26th by someMidTowner.

Great photos showcasing Theatre Park. Podium is complete, work continues on what looks to be the 8th floor.

Theatre Park in the foreground, Pinnacle on Adelaide straight a head, yellow crane to the left - The Mercer and crane a little to the right Peter Street Condos. Straight a head recently completed Cinema Tower, Festival Tower and Charlie.

The Entertainment District will look very different in 3-4 years: 25-30 new towers under construction/proposed.

August 28th by MafaldaBoy. We should be seeing cladding within the next few weeks.

Just for comparison's sake. Not quite One Madison Park skinny, but still skinny.

From greenleaf, "I checked the floorplate size for this (5200 sq ft it seems) and while skinny, it is not quite One Madison Park skinny (2700 sq ft and 3300 sq ft)."

Hmmm... I hate the way it is crowding the Royal Alexandra and making her look squat. Not happy with that.

Don't you feel that it will compliment the Royal Alexandra? When Trump went up it dwarfed the historic building to its south, but the street is better for having the density. We'll see a similar thing happen when Massey Tower rises behind the 2 historic bank pavilions.

October 2nd by cman17. First look at the cladding. Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like high quality reflective curtainwall (hellz ya!) - thank you Mr. Lamb and ArchitectsAlliance.

This beauty rises quickly. Must be a logistical challenge on such a small site.

First look at the exterior lattice. This will turn out to be one sharp looking building!
