Guys as you see last Sept. 2010 pa lang they are almost 50% na sa Tower 1.. and they are selling actually Tower 2 na...

Tower 3 and 4 will follow once take up percentage will be at least 50% sa Tower 2..

All residential condo projects are selling like hotcakes.. which means, while Cebu's market is still on the early stage it already showed a great potential to rich a more mature market...

Construction will begin early 2011...

they should have added some floors maybe 2 more floors in order to qualify
it as a highrise.

Yup. its the real estate arm of Henry Sy. It's been reported (actually confirm na) that SM Prime Holdings/ SM Dev Corp will be constructing vertical residential projects in Cebu, one of the upcoming projects will be similar to its My Place which is located in Quezon City.

tower 1 and 2 is already more than 60% sold na, so we are expecting the construction to start very soon.

tower 3 and 4 is now also opened for preselling.
