Look, this seems to a fantastic development... Maybe the best since 2009. Reminds me of the Persimmon, with the multi medium-rise towers. I believe the developer for this is LandAsia, but I may be wrong. The location is almost perfect, close to schools & a large Fooda a short distance away.

Pricing is affordable, although I'd like to see LandAsia offer some sort of in-house financing scheme & not reply exclusively on Bank loan & Pag-Ibig financing.

Building D.. the last building to complete the X shaped strucrure is now on pre-selling.
This means that whole structure will be constructed together..

this is a low profile project.. but it is starting to tower over the Mango Ave. area... I am sure this will give an a majestic view of the street especially within the uptown area..
