NYC is very stagnant.... its skyline is not even that impressive anymore; it's like the eiffel tower, you can only see it so much!!!

GO TO NYC TO SEE THE SAME BUILDINGS YOU'VE SEEN FOR THE LAST 50 YEARS!!!

the future is in Asia and Latin america

New York is actually getting a come-back. 5 supertalls are currently under construction and more are proposed. At one time New York will lose the race to get as tall as Dubai against cities like Shenzhen or Tianjin, but for the next 5 years it will keep up for sure as the only non asian city

Manhattan still kills anything in China in terms of density, and will continue to pretty much forever, because the Chinese are intent on building their skyscrapers at suburban density.

Shenzhen has that too but not with such a density.

right now New York does not beat Hong Kong in terms of density of buildings of either height. that will soon change, but right now it does not.

All other Kaisa's projects seem less reliable to me now.

great news, it is a great plot and it was a shame when kaisa feng long went down. ~450m building height is still a really great height.
