Ahh.. i have here an updated email for the available units left.. and its clear that they have 43% as of last week... Might be hovering already at 50% by now... i dont have the latest email.... though.

Right! They might be close to the target min sold units as they've resumed the ground activity...

It was also mentioned that there will be no shared amenities like pool because all owners are automatic members of the nearby City Sports. The bigger/st units though will have their own swimming pool.
