PROJECT | "Havnajordet", Nydalen

This building which will be started next year, looks to be quite an elegant addition to Nydalen office cluster. Premium location and good view over Oslo from this location. I believe it was Kosbergs Arkitektkontor which drew the entire building.

This is the building also familiar as Nydalshøyden Bygg C on Avantors pages.

Statnett will be moving in in 2013

Total area will be 22.000 kvm (not sq feet) sq meters...

Great location for apartments as well, but another project thats coming right behind and to the right (over the road) is the huge 500 apartments projects by selvaag. They will probably go for something in the same style as Solsiden on the apartments project.

But back to this one, if moving in 2013, they have got just about two years, so being such a big project, im guessing u/c by 2011 Q1 or Q2 the latest.
