LSyd, at first I thought you were talking about this JAX http://www.flickr.com/photos/j-a-x/
Check him out if you haven't... his Houston area photos (and any other ones) are pretty decent. |

miami305, i think your first picture of miami in the background is very pleasing, and shows what a beautiful skyline it has to offer. although several posters stated that the skyline reminded them of foreign cities, my first impression was that of new york. to me the skyline doesn't look like just a collection of hotels and condominiums. nevertheless, it is a pretty view, and thanks for posting it. the density from the posted view really is nice, and it shows the real physical presence of the city. as for the bill cobb photos, i really enjoy seeing many of his urban photos of american cities, especially memphis, louisville, kansas city, and seattle. he really is talented. you can find all or many of his works at bill cobb urban photos. the site lists all of the major american cities. enjoy.

the people of virginia are so lucky. i have both vacationed and attended school in the state, yet, i believe i could spend another two years there and not see all that i wish. you have the ocean, the mountains, the history, the cities, the country, the beauty...on and on. even though we don't see a great deal about the college of william and mary, it is a wonderful school, and it has a beautiful campus. thanks to the one who posted the photos. i love tn, but we have to take a nod to virginia because of its ocean view and its massive amount of history. thanks again

i would like to see some of those pictures of st. augustine. about a year or so ago, i attempted a search on the web, through some other forums, etc., and i came up w/ nothing. i've been there only one time, and that was for less than four hours. consequently, i saw virtually little.
