Are the little numbers on the poster the height in meters? If so (and if the information is accurant), Zhengzhou's Greenland Plaza has risen to supertall status.

Here's a link to the thread of that project, in case there's more info corroborating the new height, in case a staffer wants to move it to the supertalls section:
