well that diagram is just a copied version of a render so it is not allowed to be on SSP due to copyright infringement.

Well, sort of. It's to prevent the concrete from drying. If the concrete dries before it cures properly, it won't be as strong as specified.

I see that the business model for MegaTalls is asymptotally reaching one endpoint, just as mall design the world over is very similar.

Ground floor retail, lobby and transit, office space on the lower level, apartment/condo/housing mix, hotel, the hotel pool and restaurant, a very expensive members-only club and possibly an observation deck.

What would a legitimate alternative be for this?

What different programming would you like to see?
