In that floor plan schematic, it reminds me a lot of the Burj Khalifa.

Seems to me that most of,if not all Megatalls are designed in the triangle shape

I think its great

But I think it would of being better if it was slightly less see trought

I see they added cladding to a couple more floors can't wait to see this topped out. There's obviously more floor space on this than jeddah tower which is strange because that's the tallest in the world you'd think the design would call for more space bit I guess it's the height that's making up for low floor space. More usable floors.

The last 300m (!!!) of Jeddah Tower is a concrete spire. This one has floor space almost to the top. That's the difference

That's ridiculous imo, it's fricken overkill. That's like 50 meters added on to the existing height of this building just for bragging rights. Absurd but whatever they liked the design enough to choose it as final.
