Will it be integrated with the airport - such as allowing check-in at the train station?

A new S-Bahn line could be created to go directly from the airport to the new Wien Hauptbahnhof as well. I don't know if this new line is definite already however.

A newer model of the whole project area. The buildings with more detailed models should be finished within the next 4-5 years if everything goes according to plan. The tower in front of the station might be slightly postponed as the property isn't sold yet. The the other tower on the right end is already planned but has run into troubles because the ÖBB which would use it as headquarters is trying hard on saving money. So instead of building it itself it will outsource that to someone else and lease parts of the tower at least. It is not known if that very plan will be realized or a new one.
The only building other than the station which is already u/c is the headquarters of the ERSTE bank in the lower left corner. ![]() http://www.hauptbahnhof-wien.at/de/S....jsp?startat=3
