30 Park Place Tour Offers Exclusive Glimpse of Stern Tower

Quote:
The views from the upper floors of what is being billed as the tallest residential tower in downtown Manhattan are expectedly dramatic. A perfect aerial vantage point of the World Trade Center site gives us an overview of the buildings that are changing the landscape of Lower Manhattan.

I think they're normal sized apartments and it's just so thin because it's only one apartment per floor.

19 Park Place Now Fully Glassed; Shows Pencil-Thin Skyscrapers Are Here to Stay
May 1, 2017
Quote:
After a decade in the works, the construction of 19 Park Place is nearing its end. A recent press release announced that building’s slick blue fašade is finally complete. The 21-story building rises from a through-block site in southern Tribeca across from Silverstein’s newly-opened 30 Park Place. At nearly 300 feet tall and an astonishing 25-feet wide, the building is among the most slender in the city. Its design is shaped by the firm of Mexican-born architect Ismael Leyva and is composed of a two-tiered glass shaft adorned by circular balconies with glass railings.

More INFO about the project & INTERIORS HERE.
