This is the final phase of the Hilton + platinum towers complex, personally from the visualisations i think it looks a bit heavy but we will see when its complete

Time to refresh this thread Unfortunetaly I don't have any info in english, but in some polish articles they stated that they are working on the project and would like to apply for construction permit this year.
