Coming up on Ganpatrao Kadam Marg in Worli, the Victoria tower by Lokhandwala Infrastructure will consist of 55 floors with the first habitable floor starting on the 16th. The architect of the project is Hafeez Contractor.

The first proposal of the project envisioned a 30 storey tower but due to the high demand for luxury residencies, the tower has been scaled by nearly 2x.

The site is just opposite the Palais Royale tower and to the west of IndiaBulls' recently acquired Bharat and Podar Mills where the IndiaBulls Bleu tower along with other towers will be built.

IU, according to the map and pictures, I believe it should be a bit south of Palais Royale.

Similar to Palais Royale, there is this slender building standing next to the main project. Are these the REHAB TOWERS??

Almost sure that this is not a rehab building. Its being built by a different builder and , more importantly, seems to be too luxurious. Interestingly though, there is another coming up right next to Palais Royale which could be for rehab as you stated:
