Looking good and rising fast.. Although looks like the view from 1 side of the apartments for the first couple habitable floors will be blocked by their rehab buildings... But it's sure rising quickly..

Is that Victoria on the right and Palais Royale on the left? This'll be a nice streetscape soon. Can't wait to visit Mumbai next Spring!

Also apart from being a cool design it is also one of the few sky-scraper developments in that part of the city coming up with just 1 apartment per level! No wings- nothing. The entire level will belong to just 1 family.. Thats probably another USP for Victoria owing to which apparently the entire project has been sold out now for over a year..

I think around 40floors and almost 160m tall

Great shot indeed! Since the first habitable floor at Victoria is 15/16th level you can actually see the 5 storey podium arch in this shot.. Where the main lobby and amenities are going to be housed. very cool.. !

Work here seems to be going a little slowly.. Palais Royale and Victoria were at the same level couple months ago- Now this one is much shorter and slab build up is gradual
