I too have doubts over it's floor count. Even if you take the first habitable floor as 16 it comes to only 47 floors.

Ya, I too thought it looked shorter than 55 floors. A luxury residential tower with 55fl would have a height somewhere between 180 to 200 metres. This is almost t/o and it is only half the height of Palais Royale.

Sorry folks! I think I had assumed the top floors to be duplex as their individual height seems to be greater than the regular floors. There might have been a silly counting error as well.

I've revised this down to 47 floors now.

We got 55 floors from Lokhandwala's website -

But neither the render nor the completed building has 55 floors in it. I think their website was the main source for IU to use that as floor count in the thread title.

This seems to be the composition of the constructed structure:

Max 8 floors of parking
Max 6 floors of amenities inside the arch (if any)
Max 33 floors of resi apts above the arch

How we can be so sure that its got completed? I still see crane there.... If their website says 55 and construction not stopped, I think there is chances to get build upto 55floors?
