Padmanabhapuram Palace is not in Trivandrum/Kerala.
Of course near the Kearala boarder and within TN ,owned by Govt. of Kerala.

I know that.But this palace has a bonded relationship with Trivandrum..Right??That why added here.

Ajith, true, I would like to add more also.

What we see as Trivandrum district or Kerala is only about 54 years old. But 'Travancore' is several centuries old. Infact the origin of the most mightier and largest kingdom in Kerala, which captured and annexed regions till the present day Thrissur district, had its origin from Padmanabhapuram. It was the capital also till late 1700s when it was shifted to Trivandrum. Still the palace and the precincts are owned by Govt of Kerala. The architecture is also typical Kerala.

So in all respects, Padmanabhapuram palace is very much a part & parcel of Malayali identity as well as culture and deserve to be here.
