I think the Shanghai Airport is among the best in China, the interior is very different than the rest of Chinese airports which is usually just White or gray.

Shanghai Pudong T2:

DALIAN | New Dalian International Airport

Possibly the largest "offshore" airport is under construction in Dalian.

Very cool! This is my first time hearing about this. Looking at Google maps there really is no room to expand the existing Dalian airport unless they destroy many existing buildings.

Three questions:
Is the spelling of the name "Wuyu" or "Wuxu"?
If terminal 1 is now shut, how can terminal 2 be reached from central Nanjing?
How is the airport located with respect to the high speed railways Nanning-Hengyang, Nanning-Qinzhou and Nanning-Wuzhou?

NNG is quite far from railway stations, 20km+.

Not really. T2 has double capacity of current NNG pax. I assume T3 construction won't be started before 2018.

2018 is soon enough . Assuming T3 design is based on T2 then it will be a good looking airport. Is there a plan to link the airport to the metro system?

Line 9 is planned to connect NNG airport. I assume it will take a couple of years before it starts construction.
