If the whole Iraq from Faw to Zaxo was 100% developed ..it would make me really happy .... but Baghdad would still be very special in my heart for some reason which idnt even know ... iwish i go back to Baghdad .

That small building cost $20 million to build?! Is it just me or is construction in Baghdad very overpriced???

Unless it's a corruption thing then that would make sense..
