Just wanted to say - Looking down from the flight at Bangalore - You're able to strongly make out all these massive projects from the air.
The area around airport all the way to Yehalanka is beginning to look almost european from air instead of the haphazard cluttered look of the the original city terrain that we're all used to.
Suburban Bangalore is beginning to look fantastic from air!!

The Brigade Orchards value homes project in Devanahalli has been launched on the 22nd. Brigade has asked the registered members to send over three choices and then await an allotment letter to see if they got those choices.

On the pricing front the base base rate is 2690 Rs per sqft and a floor rise of Rs 10/floor from 1st floor and a preferential allotment charge of 50/100 Rs based on the facing.In all a 1200 Sq Ft apartment would end up costing around 41 lacs.
