correction thats not chennai city, greater chennai. Chennai city is still 174 sq km only. It is still not increased to 484 sq km which was proposed by DMK.

i think "chennai" is a city...not a state :-)

yes sir! Till now officially "Chennai" is upto Kathipara only...
But it has Grown upto 15 km (Tambaram) in south very much. the way it is going, even we need to call Chennai starts from Chengalpet itself..
i meant that one only.. lets not debate too much about "Chennai" and "Greater Chennai"..
its all in the hands of "Amma" only..
