Number #4 is the most iconic (many similarities to PGE Arena although) and the french one looks better on the legacy mode.
All projects include the use of temporary seats? |

Personal opinion only, but to me they used too much of the existing PGE Arena in Gdansk, just giving it a different covering. That's a very sginificant downside of this otherwise fantastic vision. Not mentioning that if chosen, this stadium will be just 130km from the 'original' Gdansk arena.

I'm not surprised since it was the same designer company who design it.Que Sera Sera.

Every one of those designs looks better than some of the chosen designs for the WC in other cities.

Still, we've seen GMP or Populous do a lot designs yet the ones proposed for Kaliningrad aren't a tad similar. I think there's a line that should be drawn for this kind of stuff. Even the flagship 'copy paste' designs of GMP aren't that similar to each other as these two are.

Winner: Wilmotte (France) + mix of 4 conceptions. The small presentation will be tomorrow, during FIFA commission visit.

The design looks like "glass box".
![]() Anyway, this stadium name should be "Kaliningrad World Cup Stadium" instead of the 'written one'. |
