Construction will begin in 2012. Not near reservoir, because there are problems with ground there. Somewhere here: http://maps.yandex.ru/-/CVvuu7b
Near the stadium the new Swimming Arena, new multi-functional Sports complex, new Hockey arena and new Basketball arena will be built. |

Determine the financial sources of the stadium:
-50% (the Russian federal budget) -40% (private investor) -10% (regional and municipal budgets) Also planned $ 800 million for the construction of infrastructure facilities to the World Cup 2018. |
