They opened their new showroom today for 1BR and 3BR units.

I only took photos of the 1BR kay nabilin akong camera wa ko ganahi mo take pics tanan ang camera nalang sa ako phone ako gigamit, toink!

I just had a talk with the agent today. Good news to owners, agent said they are adding new amenities; a basketball court and (not sure if I heard him right) a beach volleyball court (???), etc. I will update on this once they will receive the final memo from Manila.

Also, Tower 3 will be launched February (next month).

Suggestion: At least, maybe Marco Polo can donate roof paint to it's neighbors, to make the overall view a little better. Mas maayo ang green aron mublend sa mga punoan hehe.
