not really tapad...look at the area where it is labeled "Future Developments"....you can see top view illustration for the future 3 towers (same illustration as the 1st tower) perhaps, these are mid-rises lang ka'y kung hi-rises, it will block the view (partly) from the Marco Polo and the 1st tower...

the 3 tower infront are only midrises. That's the unofficial plan by Federal Land as per the brokers.
