I could see this from my old window in Kowloon City, I lived on Argyle a few miles away. This tower with the mall is a perfect addition to Mong Kok and its best when you're on the streets. *sigh* those were the good times, now im in boring old America where it only ever gets as crowded as it does in Mong Kok on an average day if people are running away from a terrorist (or in the lines for security at LAX caused by looking for terrorists, but even then its all asians in the airport, so that doesn't count)

anyway, blah blah blah, lighting is great at night(need some pics at night),
does wonders for Mong Kok, etc...10/10

8/10 - I dont like the interruption in the outermost facade. But otherwise, it's a great building.

Thankfully, no one else in Santa Barbara goes to this site. Skyscrapers aren't such a big thing here.
