Classe média no mínimo!

I think something the same if not very similar is happening in South Africa, where the goverment is building free housing for the slum dwellers, and then the people who they are built for can live there all expenses paid by the SA goverment.

if you say to me that the S. African gouvernment is building houses for them just because they broke down their slums, i can believe and it is the right thing to do, but the expenses the gouvernment is going to cover are just linked to the housing costs and nothing else.

There's much more $$$ that the government does not show you where it goes, my brova!

My dear brova Matthias, I have read that South Africa also has social building projects, as you can see it here , its PDF. And that is just one of their projects.

My aunt in Mozambique also told me their social housing. But the other day, I read an article saying that Governo de Moçambique anunciou construção de 100 mil habitações sociais até 2014

Further, way back in 2007, my Moroccan cousin said that Senegal, Ivory Coast and Mauritania were particularly interested in a pilot social housing construction under way in Morocco. A Moroccan business man was making money with social housing, so those countries must also have their onw models by now.

But in all of this my dear friend Matthias, I am happy to notice that you have become a real Angolan

Desculpa-me.

the area you are talking about zango is not so bad. it is between the new airport and viana industrial zone. this will be good for workers. also the city had to spread out instead of everyone packed around the bay. but zango will grow into a new lively city. you ask too much my friend. the goverment cant give everyone the bay
