Wow! Less than 60% sold and already full blast construction?!? Impressive! Some developers, if not all, wait for the building to be majority sold before construction starts. I'm glad I bought here!

you can start constructing even at 50%. So just hope na matapos yan (ng 100%)

What I meant was most developers do not use their own money to start, and sometimes finish, the development.
These guys did and, by all accounts, will.

The standard is 30%. I just don't know if that's the safety line.
