5 This building really had something going on... until the top! What a gorgeous facade... and interesting shape... but that ridiculous crown really kills this thing...

Yeah, the top part is butt ugly and ruins the look of the building. The rest of it is quite good post-modernism IMO! 6/10.

Damn controversial building....it dosent look positive to me thou...too much stone I guess, and those mid level protrusions spoil it. 6/10.
