I have a question, why concrete columns in Dubai are all black?, painted black or naturally efffeted black?

^ That is a isolant clading of samo type. Is not that the concrete is black, but often they start the facade right after the building starts going up and they apply that black polish, so the panels can be installed.

but the marina heights doesn't have those black polish or am i wrong?

MH has panels installed, so it doesn't need that, but if you see La Riviera and Horizon Towers they have that. It seams that all-glass towers and the ones with aluminium panels, use that technique.

unbeliavable facade! facade doesn't seem to be totally smooth, a little bit rough which makes it look good
