Wow, looks like a very cute and nice tower. The roof is incredible and the entrance section is well made, but i agree it looks a bit Russian, but not much.

It is interesting that on this side of the marina all the towers are much shorter ... i wonder why that is.

Has a 2 storey underground car park. Thats why the big hole.
Wish other towers did this - dont like the idea of strolling around Marina Walk enjoying the views of all the cark park bases and the fumes.

ah ok i see.
well we already taked about that, dewatering problem.
don't think that it will be that ugly on the marina wark as most carpark entrances will be behind the towers itself and only accessable from the street, so you will not even see them from marina walk.
btw most of the bases will not be that ugly, just look at all those renders.

i still have a nice surprise for you guys

you can already see it in post #8, but here a nice shot taken in front of the kg tower

once a few floors up you will even have a better view over the crap at the end of the marina

LOOK AT HOW CLOSE THIS IS

and yes, i forgot to mention,... it smells like fucking rotten cheese down there

the smell is really bad and whoever bought there will puke around all the time

i don't know what's in these tanks and what this plant is used for though
