And Btw Iraq is planning to host large sports event in the future , like the Asian cup or even World cup but after like 20 years or somethng

kurdistan is a region in iraq's north, and basra is a city in the south...he wasn't trying anything :P

are you saying it won't get filled to capacity? considering Basra has a population of 3-4 million (football crazy) people and other tourists will be traveling from the Gulf to watch the matches, you will hardly find any seats...

lol when Iraq played in Iraq ( 3 times after the war ) , the people which were outside the stadiums in Erbil and Baghdad were more than the people which were inside the stadium .. Iraqis are crazy about football ! and especially when the national team is playing ..

just an example of how crazy people are in Iraq about football :p
A lot were outside cus there was no place for them XD and 80,000 were inside the stadium (tho it takes 45,000 only) , but that time there benches used to be there not seats :p
