Entertainment and Trade Center Project

Due to the Minsk City’stourism attractions and the welcoming the aquatic sports by foreign tourists and Belarusian people, different countries cultural symbols and eastern architecture, and especially Iranian Architecture and the inspections made by five university professors and experts of tourism section of Belarusian universities, Pers Polis Invest Company welcomed investment of the plot of land measuring 80 hectares along Zadaskia Lake. After holding the tender for designing of this site and completing various steps, Abniyeh Noandish Consulting Engineers Company was elected as a winner of the tender to design Pers Polis Complex Site.

I hope that design will be changed.

The project will be changed

Relining of communications at the construction site of a skyscraper hotel, Perspolis in Minsk has barely begun, and already has learned about making fundamental changes to the project. The most important thing - instead of a single storey high-rise 35-Iranian investors to build two skyscrapers next to each other. And the second building will be almost an exact copy of the first. Another caveat - both buildings will be shifted to the Bogushevich square. As explained to a correspondent of Realt Onliner in "Pers Polis Invest" is associated with complaints of tenants, which is set near the building.

NEW DESIGN

I hate the way they are stamping Iran allover that project. Its not in Iran its in Belarus so it should be inspired by Belarus. Its like a Scottish company going over there and building a development and covering it in tartan.

Frankly speaking I agree with both of you. I don't like this project, because it's not so far away from old town. It will be better without Iranian pattern (though I respect Iranian people and culture). And of course it's a mistake of our stupid Minsk executive cometee and L.........

Hello Guys! The Perspolis towers have new design, without ornament. Now it's planned 40 floors, but I am not sure, that it will be 40, because in our country we have bad practice to make towers shorter in projects. I hope that it was latest change of this project.
It would be cool, if previous proposal were realised in Iran.

It is always nice to see iranians excel in different parts of the world.

But I can´t help thinking about the fact that iranians are investing in the only dictatorship left in Europe! From one tyrannic dictatorship to another. Unfortunately nowadays Iran only has relations with the rogue nations in the world: Syria, N. Korea, Belarus, Nigeria etc. It is the club of the bad and ugly!

And that's some of the few nations who aren't against us.

The West wants to stop all our progress and topple the regime (Which i would allow them but still lol) it's like they don't even want us to exist. So expanding friendship with these "rogue" nations is the only option left.

Going on-topic, i'm really happy they changed the design, the new one looks awesome! Wish they could built something like that in Iran.
