How long does a baseball game usaully last? So theres a football game coming on a channel at 7:15 PM on Saturday. And theres a baseball game coming on before it that starts at 5:05 PM. What are the chances the baseball game will interfere with the televised game at 7:15. Thanks.

Baseball games usually last about 3 hours. Could be longer cause of the postseason.

Postseason games usually run closer to 3:30 hours, sometimes 4.

They are gonna renovate Estadio Quisqueya in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and convert it into a 30,000 seat stadium. This is being done in order to host a round in the next WBC.

Some more venues that could host a few games:

Neptunus Family Stadion, Rotterdam, the Netherlands

Carlos Perez de Rozas Stadium, Barcelona, Spain

Steno Borghese Stadium, Nettuno, Italy

Melbourne Ballpark, Altona, Australia

The ballparks from Japan are terrible. The cookie cutter stadiums of the 70's and 80's had more character.

Does anyone think the Marlins new stadium will help the attendance?

New Yankee Stadium

The $1.5 billion NYS's ramps already has chipped concrete. Despite that it will host Game 1 of the World Series Wednesday.

Something I'd like to see - pictures of fields in countries that you wouldn't expect.

Dodger Stadium

Dodger Stadium is seldom seen from this angle.
Pic from ballparksofbaseball.com probably around 1962

if they could either afford cars or didn't live in cramped European/Asian nations, they would do the same thing.

That parking lot is crazy! So sad that the parking is larger than the actual attraction

If they ever do it, yes, but it looks doubtful that they do the project planned.

"They" can afford cars and live in a much-less cramped environment in Australia and I don't recall this kind of nonsense there.
The fact is that parking lot is insane and a shame. It's not like baseball has a tail-gating culture.
