Good news guys, the Fort Jesus in Mombasa, Kenya, has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. You can see pics of in the second page.

Very impressive these from Macau. I didn't know there were so many Portuguese colonial buildings in that town! Much better than those of Angola that look like a bit fake.

there are some 15th century medieval style castles and fortresses of the portugues in southern iran, they dont fall under colonial but should i put them here anyway?

Of course. It's colonial military architecture. In fact, I think some pics of it were posted in previous pages.

our lady of conception fort in south iran, hormoz island, it was built by the portuguese in the early 1500s, there is a series of forts like this in the region built in the same era
