with a spire like that this might aswell be already a mega tall. we will see the side towers look like they might come a bit short of the magical 300m mark but we will see.

there are like 18-20 floors between the mechanical floors. above the last mechanical floor seems to be about as much space as in between the mechanical floors. a big crown and maybe 10 floors. so there will be about 110 floors + a ~10 floor big crown and a spire which again is about the size of ~20 floors. these all indicate that this will be taller than 540m. the tip of the crown might be as tall as that already, the spire would then bring it up to something between 600m and 650m. Also the design is really really good, so i hope this will be final.

Agree, with the spire it should be well above the 540m

tried counting the side tower. ~68 floors, was hard to count, so maybe i skipped a floor or something. and a huge crown. so it really might be a tad over 300m

Guizhou Culture Plaza Riverfront Mixed-Use
Guiyang, China

Located in the heart of Guiyang at the intersection of the city’s cultural and commercial axis, the Guizhou Culture Plaza Riverfront Mixed-Use project is strategically positioned to become the catalyst for future development. The new 540-meter-tall landmark tower, situated in direct alignment with Zhucheng Square, will pay symbolic homage to this honorary public gathering place, while serving as an anchor and attractor for the development.

Further impacting the public interface, the project takes full advantage of the Nanming River frontage on the east side of the site, enhancing the quality of the pedestrian experience by extending the city’s river-walk, which ties together historic relics, civic assets, and new commercial development.

Unifying the context in this manner, this pivotal project will drive the creation of a new CBD in the heart of the city. In addition to the landmark tower, the development will also feature a new performing arts center, a retail experience comprising a mall and decentralized street frontage, two luxury SOHO towers, and a residential section toward the north of the site.

I agree. It's like Ping an mixed with Tianjin 117, with an original twist. And some Guangzhou IFCs near the bottom, along with 1WTC's radomed spire

It looks absolutely perfect. Easily 600m+. The residential short towers have around 70 floors!

wow, the design is so amazing! looks too good to become true though

the boxes seem to have 7 floors each, and the glass ones maybe 5 floors, between each section is a gardenlike area aswell which makes it even taller since the floors are spaced. in total it looks like around 120 floors (with the garden area ~135) and a massive spire on top of that

in the renders you cannot see the top ofr the spire so it might aswell as tall as we would like it to be
