Will airports like those of Dalian still grow as much as expected, when the HSR lines get up and running?

Think this is a general question applicable to many cities that now have CRH service, especially Guangzhou, Wuhan, and Shanghai.

I agree about the current "local" hub status, but with the HSR network in Jiangsu and Anhui, I doubt there will be much growth potential in transfer traffic through NKG. However I do have hope that NKG will get more Oz or ASEAN routes.

Why did Shijiazhuang grow 106.3% to 2.72 million this year? And they expect it'll grow to 4 million in 2011. Crowded Beijing diverting routes or any other reason?

The largest budget airline in China, Spring airlines , chose Shijiazhuang as their hub for northern China. So people could afford airfare to Beijing via Shijiang, just my guess!
