King's last abode.
Mian Ghulam Nabi Kalhora ruled Sindh for one year (1775-76) before he was killed. His tomb is in Hyderabad, Sind in Pakistan.

They're actually a type of cooling systems for houses. They don't make these any more!

They're a variation of a traditional cooling system called "Badgir". The idea is to catch whatever breeze they can and channel it into the buildings below.
