Ukiyo's Kobe! 神戸市

Kobe is the 6th largest city in Japan and is part of the Greater Osaka region (KeiHanshin). Kobe used to be Japan's #1 port but after the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995 it has dropped down to #4 but it's still #1 in the Kansai region even above Osaka.
