BORIVALI | Signia High | ???m | 55 fl | Pro

Signia High is Sunteck India's flagship project and at 55 floors may be the tallest structure in Borivali (E). Designed by Talati & Panthaky Associates, the firm that designed Palais Royale, Signia High consists of 53 floors of podium and apartments and what seems to be a two-storey observation deck at it's summit.

Does anyone have any more information as to the project's status?

it looks dated, quiet similar to the 46 floor building going up in bangalore.

The tower was launched back in October and is u/c right now. Title changed. Also, the composition is 53 resi floors + lobby + 4-5 levels of parking.

So many new projects listed this week - can they be pushed into the International section as well? I'd like to see lots more of "Mumbais" in there.

Mumbai is going insane..hehehe...but yeah we all are loving it..India's manhatan in making.....Loving it...soo many highrise projects in 1 city.....However, Mumbai need steel and glass structures more than concrete thing.....
