A challenger appears...

Looks like Mukesh Ambani and Residence Antila are inspiring some imitators.

I found two renders on the different architect's website am not sure which of these or possibly some other design is u/c

Render one is the best looking residential tower for an individual I believe ...wow 1st one is stunning...second one looks a lke a modern slum and we dont want more in Mumbai....

The second one seems to be u/c. Talati's website says "COMPLETION 2011" while james law/cybertecture doesn't even mention the tower on their official site.

Gosh, you can see the resemblance of Palais Royale in the 2nd. The first one was something unique, the other is just ghastly.

It's not bad, but Antilia still's got top marks from me. Especially when the green wall takes root, as it were

Antillia eleavation and form is far better resolved than this..This one looks like a un-synchronised combination of forms..

I think since its a private residence thay have gone with render 2. As render 1 is glass and not many people will like to live in glass house for privacy reasons. The second reason may be security also ?

The second one looks a building very similar to the one across the US Consulate in Breach Candy itself, forgot its name though (Seaface is it?)

Yes. Suncity and India101. This is it and that's the name as well. Thanks. And I said that because the lower part of the building looked like stairs, similar to Suraj Millennium, may be just a bit. But that was just a wild guess and looking at the picture now, I was completely off, I guess.
