If there is any support for this development (heavily influenced by the design of a new one in Toronto), then I will create it for our city. A lot of people have complained that our city has too many "point towers", so this large residential project is designed to have a lower stance and lots of articulation in its design. Its narrow sides face onto city streets, with the section along the long side being a landscaped laneway that breaks off from the street and goes behind existing properties.

I think you deleted the color/txt of the building? if not, try make it a bit lighter

Condo tower & AON Office Building
I need to stop being so lazy and actually pick a plot for my designs before I design them, but here is a project for our city I'm working on.
This design consists of a residential tower with an attached office tower. The condo tower is designed to be as if it were built around 2003 or so, and the office tower is a later phase from 2009 to the present (Still working on its design).

Well I designed it to look like a less sophisticated, cheaper condominium. As an architect, I would design better stuff than that, but for our city, I thought just for realism's sake I'd put in a less flashy condo tower.

 it's such a shame that this is on hold. Waiting till i have my new computers, and hope then try to "re-launch" the renders… Later today, i will show a new building as well.

Well here i am..
This is a new building with both residential and and commercial areas. It's named greybuilding.. And it has an Giant 4-stories Apple Store. Here are some screenshots.. It's only one of the three building i will present lately and they will match on a new plaza connecting them. In the end i will render them out. Entrance   Apple Store Entrance and inside glass stairs  Glass Stairs  Plaza Level  Inner plaza Level  Plazza Level with balustrades  Upper lobby (yes, to conclude. Maybe Will add a Glass cover for the atrium, and add an interior garden)    Some Random facades      An All Shape screenshot  What do you think guys?
